Our Story
Built from the ground up. Literally.
SKLZ Group was founded on a simple observation: the construction industry rewards speed and volume at the expense of quality and accountability. We believed there was room for a different kind of company — one that treats every project as a statement of intent, not a line item on a balance sheet.
What began as a residential construction practice grew organically into commercial work, and then into something unexpected: an AI and software division that builds internal tools, digital twins, and parametric models that give our construction teams an edge no traditional contractor can match.
Today, SKLZ Group is a collection of people who share a conviction: that craft still matters, that technology amplifies rather than replaces human judgment, and that the best projects come from relationships built on trust, not contracts built on leverage.
